Hospitality Marketing Manager – Porto

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Hospitality Marketing Manager to shape and execute innovative marketing strategies for our hotels and F&B outlets in Porto. You will enhance brand presence, drive guest engagement and increase revenue while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Create events and campaigns that energise restaurants and bars.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights.
• Manage the brand’s online presence, including website updates, SEO, digital content and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue goals.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors and influencers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
• Strong knowledge of the F&B market in Porto is a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, project‑management and analytical abilities.
• Creative thinker with a passion for hospitality and brand storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects.
