About the role
Join Jobbex Portugal as a Helpdesk Technician on a temporary project, providing first‑line technical support to end‑users. You will work in a transparent, friendly, and professional environment, helping to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical assistance to end‑users via phone, email or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Document incidents, service requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and continuity.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
- Comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a user‑focused mindset.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Valid driving licence and access to a car.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge or experience with VMware.
- Basic knowledge or experience with Linux.
