About the role

Planck Technologies is looking for a proactive IT Helpdesk professional to provide first and second‑line support to end users. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that hardware, software and network issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first and second‑line support for Windows‑based workstations and end‑user devices.
• Manage incidents, service requests and changes using the IT service management platform.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software and peripheral devices.
• Administer user accounts, permissions and endpoint configurations in Active Directory.
• Deploy operating system updates, applications, patches and security solutions.
• Support network connectivity, collaboration tools and other IT services.
• Create technical documentation and provide user guidance.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience providing end‑user IT support in Windows environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking and Microsoft Windows OS.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2‑C1 or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or Microsoft certifications (advantage).
