Head of Project Management – Conference Solutions

About the role

The Head of Project Management leads the Conference Solutions Project Management team, driving both in‑house and partner‑based product development projects. This senior position coordinates internal functions and external OEM/ODM partners to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the project‑management strategy aligned with company vision and growth targets.
• Oversee all active development projects, supporting portfolio planning and resource forecasting.
• Build, mentor and scale a high‑performing project‑management team.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development from concept through market launch, ensuring clear scope, timelines, budgets and milestones.
• Apply structured methodologies (stage‑gate, Agile, hybrid) to manage execution, monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (research, engineering, quality, sourcing, branding, operations) and external OEM/ODM partners.
• Promote cross‑functional collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in project management, preferably within hardware or communication product development.
• Track record of managing multi‑disciplinary teams and complex OEM/ODM projects.
• Strong ability to build competencies, mentor staff and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.
