Head of Legal

About the role

We are a global social‑media group with a portfolio of more than 60 brands and 500 million users. We are looking for a Head of Legal to define and execute the legal strategy for our international holding company, ensuring alignment with our commercial ambitions and protecting our extensive intellectual property.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive legal strategy across all jurisdictions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate complex legal risks in contracts, IP, employment and litigation.
• Maintain strict compliance with local and international regulations and corporate‑governance standards.
• Lead global IP protection, monitoring infringements and enforcing rights.
• Structure and oversee the creation of new corporate entities worldwide.
• Supervise legal review of financial statements, coordinate cross‑border audits and work closely with compliance teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a senior legal leadership role (Head of Legal, VP Legal, General Counsel) within a fast‑paced international company.
• Professional fluency in English (C1/C2) and strong Russian language skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑jurisdictional legal operations and lead cross‑functional teams.
