Head of JoomAI

About the role

Joom Group is launching JoomAI, an AI‑driven assistant that will become an operating system for e‑commerce merchants. As Head of JoomAI you will own the product vision, build the core team and guide the creation and scaling of this innovative solution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for JoomAI.
• Design and ship AI agents and automated workflows that solve recurring seller problems.
• Build integrations with external platforms such as ERP systems, Mercado Livre, WhatsApp and others.
• Work directly with e‑commerce sellers to identify high‑value use cases and translate them into product decisions.
• Lead a focused product and engineering team, setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a startup or high‑growth tech company.
• 5+ years in product management or engineering, with at least 2 years owning a product end‑to‑end.
• Hands‑on experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• Strong engineering background to define specifications, assess timelines and evaluate integration complexity.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
