Head of Human Resources

About the role

The Head of Human Resources will lead a global HR function, delivering a high‑quality service for a rapidly growing, geographically dispersed workforce. Based in Europe and reporting to the Group HR Director, this fully remote role partners with senior leaders to shape strategy and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes and programs across multiple countries.
• Lead and develop regional HR leads, ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance.
• Design and execute organizational change initiatives that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with the wider group of companies to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic HR partnership to senior leadership, influencing talent, culture and performance outcomes.
• Manage occasional international travel (≈10% of working time) to support regional teams.

Required profile

• Significant progressive experience in HR leadership roles.
• Professional HR qualification (e.g., CPHR, CIPD, SHRM) or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict‑resolution and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a high degree of confidentiality.
