Head of Finance

About the role

team.blue is seeking a strategic Head of Finance to partner with the Portfolio Director for the Engagement cluster (Sales & Marketing products). This senior role bridges Group Finance and regional operations across France, Czech Republic, Spain, Switzerland, and Austria, providing financial insight that drives commercial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to the Portfolio Director, challenging assumptions and supporting commercial decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning for the Engagement cluster, identifying trends and opportunities with local finance leads.
• Ensure accurate month‑end and year‑end reporting, supporting Group consolidation and compliance with local regulations.
• Partner with Group Finance on consolidation, reporting requirements, and statutory board positions.
• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, assess accounting policies, and ensure new entities adopt team.blue IFRS standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a multi‑country, SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and margin improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
