As a Growth Partnerships Manager you will lead global collaborations across sports, entertainment, and events, turning sponsorships into integrated, 360‑degree campaigns that drive revenue and brand impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end 360° activation with partners, ensuring flawless execution across channels and meeting revenue targets.
• Define and enforce partnership activation standards by creating operational frameworks for global consistency.
• Build scalable processes and playbooks for various partnership types.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with portfolio partners, aligning mutual objectives.
• Analyse partnership performance and adjust strategies in real time to maximise ROI.
• Set high standards for content quality and execution across marketing assets and events, measuring brand and growth metrics.
• Consult local Marketing, Brand, and Product teams on relevant activations and collaborate cross‑functionally.

Required profile

• Proven expertise leading multi‑channel activations for major global partnerships or sponsorships.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing large, multi‑market activation budgets and delivering complex projects under tight timelines.
• Excellent relationship and communication abilities with external partners and internal teams.
• Robust analytical and problem‑solving skills, using data to refine activation strategies.
