Growth Marketing Manager – Mobile Acquisition

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead mobile acquisition campaigns. The role combines data‑driven analysis with creative execution to drive user growth across key paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise mobile campaigns on Google UAC, Meta, TikTok and Apple Search Ads.
• Analyse performance data to improve ROAS and scale efficiently.
• Set up and troubleshoot attribution using AppsFlyer or Adjust, working with SKAN and ATT frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, data and engineering teams on measurement challenges.
• Monitor KPIs, contribute to reporting and generate performance insights.
• Run experiments (A/B tests, bidding strategies, creative variations) to enhance results.
• Identify trends and new opportunities in mobile marketing and attribution.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or relevant academic exposure.
• Degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering or related field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical mindset with KPI‑driven focus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
