Growth Marketer – Content & Engagement

About the role

We are an early‑stage B2B technology startup in stealth mode, helping industrial companies make better procurement and supply‑chain decisions. We need a Growth Marketer who will own our content strategy and targeted engagement to generate demand and warm key accounts for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar, publishing regularly on LinkedIn, the website and other digital channels.
• Transform founders' insights and design‑partner case studies into credible posts, articles, and case studies.
• Ghostwrite and edit content for founders and senior leaders to ensure a consistent company voice.
• Repurpose long‑form assets (reports, webinars, talks) into channel‑native formats.
• Identify priority accounts, engage authentically on LinkedIn, and nurture relationships with industry voices.
• Feed warm leads and engagement signals back to the sales effort.
• Track performance in HubSpot and other tools, report results, and reallocate effort based on data.
• Run small, targeted paid experiments after proof of concept.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B or SaaS content or growth marketing, preferably for complex products.
• Strong writing ability, producing specific, credible copy without hype.
• Self‑directed, execution‑focused, and comfortable working closely with founders.
• Excellent at human‑focused engagement and relationship building.
• Analytical mindset to measure impact and adjust tactics.
