Group Product Manager / Director of Product

About the role

We are seeking a senior product leader to own and scale our portfolio of core platform products, including Employer of Record (EOR) and Global Payroll solutions. The role will drive product culture, align cross‑functional teams, and ensure the roadmap delivers measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the organization.
• Lead, coach, and grow a product management team through performance reviews and hiring.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch for existing and new offerings.
• Set and prioritize OKRs and roadmaps in partnership with executives and stakeholders.
• Advance the platform architecture to enable other teams to build on it.
• Conduct continuous discovery with customers and internal teams, using data and experiments to validate decisions.
• Break down complex cross‑team problems into clear, sequenced initiatives.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, and trade‑offs to executives and partners.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience in complex, cross‑functional domains.
• Proven track record of shipping products that improve key business metrics.
• Experience mentoring or managing other product managers.
• Ability to balance short‑term tactical work with long‑term strategic planning.
• Strong escalation management to ensure product value delivery.
• Background with platform, infrastructure, or multi‑product ecosystems.
• Comfort with both qualitative discovery and quantitative analysis.
• High data fluency and experience defining and tracking product and business metrics.
