Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – International Group

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team in Lisbon. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will shape the financial strategy, governance, and performance of our multinational group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group Finance function across all countries and legal entities, ensuring accurate consolidation and timely reporting.
• Oversee accounting, controlling, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, compliance, and cash‑flow management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, providing financial insights for strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk‑management frameworks while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Develop and coordinate finance teams internationally, promoting collaboration, process harmonisation, and continuous improvement.
• Support acquisitions, integrations, and strategic investments, contributing to financing, capital allocation, and long‑term value creation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Group CFO, Regional CFO, Deputy Group CFO, or equivalent senior finance executive role.
• Significant experience managing finance operations across multiple countries and legal entities.
• Strong expertise in financial consolidation, group reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and corporate finance.
• Experience working directly with CEOs, executive committees, boards, and shareholders.
• Demonstrated success leading international finance organisations in complex, fast‑paced environments.
