Graphic Designer – Patient Recruitment & Enablement

About the role
IQVIA is seeking a Graphic Designer to support its Patient Recruitment and Enablement teams. You will create print, web, and multimedia assets that help attract and retain participants for global clinical trials.
Key responsibilities
- Design high‑impact visuals, illustrations, branding, and layouts for digital advertising, patient materials, posters, brochures, and websites.
- Develop or source images for a variety of print and digital collateral.
- Collaborate with designers, recruitment leads, editors, production teams, printers, and writers to deliver final assets.
- Manage multiple projects, meet budgeted hours and strict deadlines, and ensure files are production‑ready.
- Review proofs, coordinate studio workload, and use innovative methods—including AI—to enhance designs.
- Maintain accurate filing, quality control, and adherence to sponsor brand guidelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or a related field, or an equivalent portfolio.
- 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong English communication skills, excellent eye for detail, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Capacity to handle pressure, meet tight timelines, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Required skills
- Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Articulate Rise.
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of e‑learning platforms, UX/UI principles, and print production processes.
