About the role
Mastercard Advisors is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Client Training and Education (CTE) team. You will help create engaging eLearning and onsite training materials for globally‑strategic clients, turning complex information into clear visual experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop visual presentations, animations, and other training assets for eLearning platforms and in‑person sessions.
- Gather information from multiple sources, analyse it, and translate it into effective learning materials.
- Apply graphic design and eLearning techniques to construct lessons and training resources.
- Plan, organise, and manage your workload to meet project timelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of professional graphic or motion‑design experience.
- Professional‑level proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Synthesia (or similar AI video creation tool)
- Articulate Storyline (or comparable eLearning authoring tool)
