About the role

Affinity Consulting Group LLC is seeking a full‑time Grants Consultant to join its San Juan office. The consultant will work directly with client organisations to manage and oversee federal grant programmes, ensuring compliance and effective performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review grant program requirements and federal regulations, including 2 CFR 200.
• Support grant administration activities such as documentation, reporting, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with client teams to coordinate multiple grant projects and timelines.
• Prepare clear reports and strategic recommendations on grant management and compliance.
• Provide consulting advice to strengthen program administration and regulatory adherence.

Required profile

• Strong experience in grant administration for federal and local programmes.
• Familiarity with FEMA, CDBG‑DR or similar federal grant programs (preferred).
• Analytical ability to assess grant documentation, performance metrics and compliance requirements.
• Consulting and project‑management skills to advise clients and manage deliverables.
• Knowledge of 2 CFR 200 and related regulatory frameworks.
