Graduate Sales Executive – Italian Market

About the role

Revolut is seeking a motivated Graduate Sales Executive to focus on the Italian market. You will join a fast‑growing financial technology company and receive intensive training before engaging with real clients.

Key responsibilities

• Outreach prospects across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on cold‑calling.
• Develop and execute a lead‑sourcing strategy, identifying key verticals and diversifying the prospect base.
• Build and manage a personal pipeline from prospecting through closing and account management, driving adoption and upsell/cross‑sell.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily usage.
• Balance time effectively between prospecting, closing, and upselling while activating internal resources.
• Use solution‑based selling to understand customer needs and communicate Revolut’s value proposition.
• Become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and relevant case studies.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Italian.
• University graduate (or graduating) in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone articulation skills.
• Strong written literacy.
