Graduate Launch Program 2027 – Global Markets, Lisbon

About the role

Mastercard's Global Markets Graduate Launch Program 2027 is an 18-month program in Lisbon, Portugal, designed to give participants exposure to several areas of Mastercard's business while building broad business acumen and a global perspective. It includes two 9-month rotations across curated career tracks within the Global Markets business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Career Track 1 (Sales and Business Development): strategic sales planning, consultative and solution selling, setting sales strategies for products aligned with geographical strategy, identifying and closing sales leads, and providing market intelligence to product developers and managers.
• Career Track 2 (Product Management and Solutions): user experience, product performance and ongoing management, customer needs and insights, and architecting solutions, including coordinating project work, reporting status, financials and schedules, and managing implementation within budget.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with an anticipated graduation between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start on 1 September 2027.
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Eagerness to learn quickly through structured training and organic development.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams across functions.
