Global Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As a Global Supply Chain Manager at Bekaert, you will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain network, balancing supply and demand while driving operational excellence and sustainability across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead demand planning, sales forecasting, production planning and inventory optimisation.
• Oversee planning, coordination and execution of supply chain operations.
• Partner with Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing and Commercial teams to ensure seamless product flow.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements, cost‑reduction initiatives and performance enhancements.
• Champion sustainable and ethical sourcing, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate sustainability commitments.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, drive continuous‑improvement projects and use data analytics for decision‑making.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high‑performing supply chain team.
