Global Project Manager

About the role

Inetum is seeking a seasoned Global Project Manager with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). You will lead a worldwide, cross‑functional initiative to onboard previously unmanaged applications, ensuring alignment with group standards and senior leadership expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding of applications into the IGA tool.
• Track progress, ensure reconciliation compliance, and deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with CTO stakeholders to meet automation timelines.
• Provide guidance on IAM topics such as RBAC, provisioning, and reconciliation.
• Build strong relationships with business, IT, and security teams.
• Lead status meetings, steering committees, and progress updates.
• Identify risks/issues, drive resolution, and escalate critical blockers with solutions.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports using PowerBI or Tableau.
• Act as liaison between global and regional IAM teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years leading large‑scale, global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred).
• Proven track record delivering IAM/IGA initiatives on time and within budget.
• 5+ years hands‑on experience with IAM/IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance, Oracle Identity Governance).
• Deep understanding of application onboarding, access reconciliation, entitlement certification, role mining, and segregation of duties.
