Global Practice Area Manager – TMT

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global Practice Area Manager for its Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice. You will partner with senior practice leaders to shape operating rhythms, drive strategic communications, and ensure seamless collaboration across the global community.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the practice’s operating cadence, including leadership team meetings, executive materials, and follow‑up actions.
• Partner with the Global Practice Managing Director and Practice Area Leader to translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Own the global communications strategy, editorial calendar, and delivery across newsletters, town halls, and other channels.
• Draft executive‑quality presentations, newsletters, and strategic messaging for worldwide audiences.
• Lead high‑priority strategic initiatives, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance.
• Scale AI‑enabled ways of working for content creation and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex, global practice operations or consulting functions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated project‑management capabilities.
