Global Operations Intern

About the role

Join Emma – The Sleep Company as a Global Operations Intern and help ensure our products move smoothly across markets. You will work in a fast‑paced, international environment, supporting forecasting, production, warehousing and delivery functions.

Key responsibilities

• Build market‑aligned demand forecasts using data‑driven assumptions and input from local teams.
• Translate demand plans into production and replenishment strategies to maintain healthy stock levels.
• Coordinate production schedules and delivery timelines with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory performance, identify risks of stockouts or excess, and propose corrective actions.
• Support Production Excellence by tracking KPIs, maintaining dashboards and turning data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Planning, Fulfilment, Finance and external suppliers to address operational pain points.
• Assist daily warehouse and last‑mile operations, track inventory accuracy and help resolve delivery delays.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, analytical and collaborative mindset.
• Interest in supply chain, logistics or production processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, international team.
