Global Mobility Lawyer – Freelance (Portugal)

About the role

We are an international legal services firm specializing in immigration and global mobility across Spain and Portugal. We are seeking experienced Portuguese immigration lawyers to join our team as freelance collaborators, focusing exclusively on delivering high‑quality legal solutions for qualified international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with individuals and corporate clients worldwide.
• Advise on Portuguese immigration and mobility strategies, including visas, residence permits, workforce relocation and citizenship.
• Prepare and manage applications with Portuguese authorities (AIMA, consulates, registries).
• Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain organized case tracking and communication using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Law degree obtained in Portugal.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in immigration law, preferably with international mobility cases.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (C1 level); Spanish is a plus.
• Strong client‑management abilities, especially with international profiles.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for case management.
