Global Marketing Senior Director – Engagement and Activation

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior leader to own and evolve its digital engagement strategy. You will shape how BCG reaches, engages, and converts key audiences across the full marketing funnel, ensuring every touchpoint delivers purposeful and measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an integrated digital engagement strategy for multiple target audiences.
• Serve as an internal authority on end‑to‑end content activation and channel strategy, from first impression to commercial result.
• Continuously improve and govern touchpoints across key channels to optimise reach and conversion.
• Drive the evolution of channels and lifecycle thinking to maximise engagement and commercial impact.
• Lead the design of dynamic web experiences for campaigns, flagship publications and events, collaborating with web and product teams.
• Establish experience design standards and journey governance across the digital ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital marketing, customer engagement or related fields.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering measurable results across the marketing funnel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior executives.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex, multi‑channel initiatives.
