Global Finance Business Partner Senior Director

About the role

The Global Finance Business Partner Senior Director will act as the strategic finance advisor to BCG’s HR & People function. Reporting into the Global FP&A team, you will partner with senior HR leaders to provide financial insight, support investment decisions and drive cost efficiency across the transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR function leadership to align financial goals with business strategy.
• Provide financial oversight for HR‑related investments, ensuring they meet strategic priorities and deliver value.
• Develop and present business cases for new initiatives, digitalisation projects and shared‑services expansion.
• Monitor and deliver against mid‑term and annual cost targets.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis to support decision‑making at global, regional and local levels.
• Act as a change‑agent in key transformation initiatives, ensuring financial accountability throughout.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance business partnering, preferably within a large professional services or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and driving financial performance.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
