Global Director, Mid-Market Onboarding

About the role

Cloudbeds is seeking a Global Director to own and scale the onboarding experience for its fastest‑growing mid‑market hotel customers. Reporting to senior leadership, you will guide customers from contract signing through go‑live, adoption, and hand‑off to account management, ensuring a world‑class, repeatable process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Mid‑Market Onboarding team, setting performance standards and growth paths.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding outcomes for multi‑property deployments (25‑100+ rooms), balancing customization with scalability.
• Design and implement standardized frameworks, SOPs, and configuration standards for complex rollouts.
• Measure and improve onboarding velocity, deployment quality, customer satisfaction, and long‑term retention.
• Diagnose execution gaps in training, error detection, and deployment speed, and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing onboarding or implementation teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong track record of scaling processes for complex, multi‑property deployments.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑advocacy skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast‑paced, test‑and‑learn culture.
