About the role
We are looking for a Global Account Manager to lead and expand relationships with high‑value multinational restaurant partners on a leading global marketplace platform. This client‑facing position combines commercial ownership, data‑driven decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable business impact across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic restaurant accounts, driving revenue, profitability and long‑term expansion.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans, analysing performance metrics such as order quality, rejection rates and ad‑spend efficiency.
- Identify improvement opportunities, take proactive actions and optimise commercial outcomes.
- Serve as the primary trusted advisor, resolving complex issues and providing platform insights.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Operations and other internal teams to align stakeholders across countries and translate partner feedback into actionable insights.
Required profile
- 6–8 years of experience in a B2B client‑facing role (account management, sales, customer success or senior hospitality leadership).
- Proven track record managing complex enterprise or multi‑market accounts and delivering both commercial growth and operational improvement.
- Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English.
Required skills
- SQL or strong data‑analysis capability.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
