GIS Web AI Developer, Senior Associate

About the role

As a GIS Web AI Developer, Senior Associate, you will help clients improve operational efficiency by designing, implementing, and supporting GIS‑based business applications. You will work within the Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, leveraging Esri’s ArcGIS suite to turn geographic data into actionable insights for urban planning, environmental management, and transportation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize Esri Mapping Software and GIS applications to analyze and visualize geographic data.
• Implement GIS architecture and conversion techniques to optimize data management and integration.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored GIS solutions.
• Navigate complex urban planning, environmental management, and transportation projects using GIS tools.
• Develop strategic plans for natural resource exploration and transportation initiatives.
• Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for client engagements.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Geological Engineering, Geophysics, Information Technology, or related fields.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Esri Mapping Software (ArcGIS).
• Strong knowledge of Geographic Information System (GIS) applications.
• Experience in GIS architecture and data conversion.
