German Marketing Optimization Specialist

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a German Marketing Optimization Specialist in Lisbon for its client, a leading professional services company helping clients transform their business, operations and technology models for the digital era. The specialist acts as a subject matter expert for AdWords campaign optimization and joins a multilingual, client-facing team working onsite with internal teams to respond to client leads and support the project.

Key responsibilities

• Build campaigns for high-value advertising customers and implement optimization solutions
• Create keyword packs, bids and budget suggestions
• Gather and analyse data at account and campaign level, and create reports supporting optimization strategies
• Apply optimization techniques across Search, Google Search Network, Mobile and YouTube, aligned to customers' goals
• Identify account opportunities to help sales teams engage agencies and clients
• Provide excellent customer service to account leads

Required profile

• Fluency in English and German (ideally native)
• Experience in an endorsed environment such as BPO client service, account management, content moderation or sales
• Strong critical thinking, analysis and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Technologically savvy, able to learn and apply product, process and policy knowledge
• Passion for a culture of excellence and quality customer service
