Key responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across web and social channels, targeting German‑speaking audiences and aligning with global strategies.
• Create and optimise German‑language marketing content that clearly conveys complex technology value propositions.
• Coordinate daily campaign operations, managing assets, calendars, workflows and reporting in a hybrid work model.
• Analyse performance metrics (CTR, conversion, audience behavior) and provide actionable insights for future initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, sales and design teams to ensure culturally appropriate messaging and alignment with market trends.
• Support search and social optimisation by refining keywords, metadata and content themes for the independent software and high‑tech sectors.
• Respond to German‑speaking prospect and customer inquiries through digital channels, strengthening trust and long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in spoken and written German, capable of translating technical concepts for both specialist and general audiences.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, including campaign execution, content creation, analytics and social media management.
• Familiarity with independent software vendor business models and high‑tech product lifecycles.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with common digital marketing platforms and analytics dashboards.
