German Customer Support Agent (Not a BPO)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a German Customer Support Agent for an international team based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with working hours from 07:00 to 16:00 on a rotating schedule and two days off every week. Training starts on 15 September.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance and handle customer requests
• Resolve customer issues and give professional, customer-oriented support
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Fluent or native-level German
• English level B1 or above
• EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Europe
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Availability to work in Lisbon, Portugal
• No previous experience required; motivation, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for an international experience are valued

What we offer

• Entry-level salary of €1,450 paid in 14 installments per year
• Bonus of up to €150 paid in 12 installments per year
