German Customer Support Agent – Mercedes, Lisbon

About the role

A global automotive brand, one of the largest in Portugal, is recruiting a German-speaking customer support agent in Lisbon through Cross Border Talents. You will support the company's activities by offering high-quality service to its customers, working alongside the Mercedes brand.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries, giving support and direction to Mercedes customers and resolving service issues in a timely and empathetic way.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions.

Required profile

• Fluency in German (C2 level or native).
• Good knowledge of English (B1 level).
• Typing speed of 20 words per minute.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Any previous experience or contact with clients is welcome.

• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills.
• Good time management, team spirit and flexibility.
