German Customer Support Agent – Lisbon

About the role

A multinational BPO company, one of the largest in the world and working with both well-known brands and start-ups, is looking for a German-speaking customer support agent in Lisbon. The position suits people who want stability, a multicultural environment and room to grow within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure quality service by answering customer inquiries by phone, chat and/or e-mail
• Provide active listening and empathy
• Support and manage customer issues
• Offer personalised recommendations and solutions to customer requests

Required profile

• Native or near-native German
• Good level of written and spoken English (B2-C1)
• Team player, open-minded, proactive, dynamic and motivated
• Excellent oral and written communication and argumentation skills
• Non-European candidates need a work permit
