Gerente de Calidad – División Aeroespacial

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the aerospace division’s quality assurance activities, ensuring that all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. You will oversee a team of inspectors and quality control technicians, driving a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance with ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Implement and maintain ISO quality procedures, standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and supply‑chain teams to conduct root‑cause analyses, investigate non‑conformities and launch corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, compliance documentation and generate comprehensive quality reports, metrics and performance indicators.
• Participate in production meetings and supplier evaluations to proactively address quality concerns.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce defects and increase manufacturing efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality teams in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with a track record of effective root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving.
• Ability to communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making.
