General Laborer – Concrete (Aguadilla, PR)

About the role

RQ Construction is seeking a Concrete General Laborer to join its new Auto‑Performance team on construction projects in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The role involves physical work on construction sites using a variety of manual and electric tools while supporting skilled tradespeople.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physical construction tasks using manual and electric tools.
• Assist tradespeople with their duties.
• Clean and prepare job sites, dig trenches, install braces, and assemble scaffolding.
• Remove debris and non‑hazardous waste.
• Operate motorized construction equipment and perform routine repairs and maintenance.
• Follow all required safety practices and company values.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of experience in construction or a related field (concrete/ICF experience preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish‑English desirable.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (training provided if needed).
