FX Sales Executive – Brazilian Portuguese (Lisbon)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing foreign‑exchange brokerage in Lisbon that focuses on the Brazilian market. The FX Sales Executive will convert warm leads into active trading accounts, build lasting relationships with Brazilian clients, and drive revenue in a high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact warm leads and turn them into active trading accounts.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with Brazilian clients, guiding them through onboarding.
• Train clients on the brokerage’s platforms, products, and market opportunities.
• Encourage deposits and increase trading volume.
• Perform regular follow‑ups to maximise client lifetime value.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level).
• Proven sales, telesales or conversion experience, preferably in FX, crypto or iGaming.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on targets and earnings.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high‑pressure sales environment.
