Fullstack PHP Developer – Permanent (French speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack PHP Developer to join our brand‑new Technology Hub in Lisbon. The role is permanent and will involve building modern, responsive web applications for an insurance‑technology group, working closely with teams in France.

Key responsibilities

• Develop dynamic user interfaces using Livewire and Alpine.js.
• Transform UI mockups into responsive pages with HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.
• Design, implement and maintain business logic and RESTful APIs in Laravel (PHP 8.x).
• Write and maintain automated tests with PHPUnit and Pest, including front‑end tests.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions and agile sprint planning.
• Monitor application quality, optimise front‑end performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken) and proficient in English.
• Strong interest in delivering high‑quality, user‑centric software.
• Experience working in an agile, collaborative environment.
