Fullstack Developer

About the role

Conetic is looking for a Backend / Fullstack Developer to help build and evolve its AWS‑based media platform that stores and distributes encoded video and metadata for airlines. You will join an international team responsible for the full software development life‑cycle, focusing on serverless backend services while also contributing to the frontend when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement serverless backend services on AWS using Python, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3 and EventBridge.
• Develop and evolve data models and API surfaces consumed by front‑end applications and third‑party integrations.
• Build fast, secure data‑handling solutions with REST, GraphQL and AWS AppSync.
• Create event‑driven workflows and orchestrations (EventBridge, Step Functions) for encoding monitoring, quality control and CMS integration.
• Maintain infrastructure as code with AWS CDK, manage deployment pipelines, environments and monitoring.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers (React, TypeScript, Tailwind) to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Test, debug and optimise code for efficiency, correctness and cost‑effectiveness.
• Use AI coding tools daily for drafting, reviewing and refactoring code.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication.
• Strong backend development experience in Python (3.11+) on AWS.
• Hands‑on experience with serverless and event‑driven architectures.
• Ability to work across the stack and collaborate with product and development teams.
