Full-Stack Software Engineer (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join our Engineering team in Lisbon. You will design, develop and maintain modern web applications, working across both the frontend and backend while leveraging AI‑assisted coding tools to boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack web applications using TypeScript, React and .NET technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code following best practices.
• Utilise AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to increase development velocity.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and other engineers in a cross‑functional environment.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Implement automated testing and ensure code quality and reliability.
• Debug, troubleshoot and optimise application performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm for AI‑assisted development tools and agentic coding practices.

Required skills

• TypeScript and React (hooks, context, state management).
• .NET stack – C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API.
• RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, MongoDB.
• Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code.
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes (optional but desirable).
