Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Neobank App

About the role

We are looking for a product‑focused Full Stack Software Engineer to help build BJAK’s AI‑powered Neobank application. The role is fully remote and will involve turning ideas into customer‑facing features across the entire stack, from web interfaces to backend services and internal tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch end‑to‑end product features for the Neobank, including web flows, APIs, admin dashboards and operational systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile and operations teams to deliver new functionality quickly and reliably.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, manage data pipelines and improve system reliability in production.
• Use analytics, user feedback and production monitoring to iterate on features after launch.
• Build internal tools that automate manual processes and increase business efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a full‑stack software engineer.
• Strong understanding of both frontend and backend fundamentals.
• Ability to work with incomplete specifications and deliver usable products rapidly.
• Product sense, attention to UX details and willingness to own features from conception to post‑launch support.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace or high‑volume consumer applications is a plus.
