Full-Stack Software Engineer – AI Agent Platform

About the role

Superhuman is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join its AI‑native productivity team in Porto. You will help build the next generation of AI agents that collaborate to solve complex user problems across the Superhuman suite.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the future of productivity by evolving Superhuman into an AI‑native suite for enterprises.
• Design and implement the core orchestration, routing, and planning systems of the AI Agent Platform.
• Integrate cutting‑edge AI/ML components and large language models to create seamless user experiences.
• Operate with high autonomy in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment, moving quickly from idea to production.
• Ship features rapidly, focusing on impact rather than bureaucracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Significant experience with productivity applications and platforms.
• Hands‑on experience building or exploring AI agents, skills, and workflow orchestration.
• Genuine excitement about the possibilities of large language models.
