Full Stack Developer (French Speaker)

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a mid‑level Full Stack Developer who is fluent in French and English. You will join the BPCE Solutions Informatiques team to design, develop, and maintain innovative Java‑based applications that support the Group’s banking and asset‑management services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and fellow developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to deliver high‑quality software on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
