Frontend Tech Lead – Retail & E‑Commerce

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to drive the development of our retail and e‑commerce platform. The role combines hands‑on coding with technical leadership, ensuring high performance, accessibility and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Design and implement scalable frontend architecture using React and React Native.
• Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and optimise application speed and accessibility.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of professional frontend development experience.
• 4+ years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role with team mentoring responsibilities.
• Proven experience delivering e‑commerce platforms and retail technology solutions.
