Frontend Team Leader

About the role

IRIUM is seeking a Frontend Team Leader to drive multiple client‑facing projects in parallel. You will combine strong React expertise with proven people‑management skills to deliver high‑quality web applications while mentoring a growing development team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate several frontend project teams simultaneously.
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project success.
• Maintain code quality, enforce best practices, and oversee CI/CD pipelines.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.
• Work closely with backend engineers, especially Java teams, to ensure seamless integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
• At least 2 years of experience managing development teams.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1 level) and ability to work 8 AM‑5 PM.
• Experience interacting directly with clients and leading projects.
• International or European agency experience is a plus.
