About the role
We are looking for a passionate Front Office Agent to join our team at the Pestana Algarve hotel in Alvor. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Respond promptly to guest questions and requests.
- Answer and forward phone calls efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Keep the front‑office workspace tidy and orderly.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar front‑office or reception role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent planning, organising, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Effective verbal and written communication in French and English.
- Team‑oriented mindset and flexibility regarding work schedules.
- Ability to respond appropriately to diverse customers and guests.
