About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Technical Support Representative to join our advanced support team in Porto. The role involves handling complex technical inquiries, troubleshooting system issues and delivering clear guidance to customers in French.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complicated technical cases through deep‑dive troubleshooting.
• Analyze user settings, software configurations and data logs to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with internal technical departments and system engineers worldwide to improve system performance.
• Document solutions and create clear guides for the broader team.
• Assist customers with advanced system updates and software adjustments.
• Maintain high service standards by ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written French with the ability to explain technical steps clearly.
• Comfortable reading and writing technical English.
• Logical, structured problem‑solving mindset.
• Strong familiarity with computer operating systems, basic networking and internet tools.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into plain language.
• Residency in or near Porto with valid Portuguese work documents (NIF, NISS).
