French‑Speaking Sales Advisor (Remote)

About the role

This position is part of a retention team that handles inbound French‑language calls from customers considering cancellation. The main objective is to understand their concerns, present suitable solutions, and turn a potential churn into a positive experience while identifying opportunities to add value.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in French from customers planning to cancel.
• Diagnose reasons for cancellation and propose alternative solutions.
• Advise on products, promotions, and exclusive offers.
• Upsell and cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Achieve quality and performance targets.
• Document interactions accurately in the system.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) and good English.
• Experience in customer service or call‑center environments preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, solution‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with basic computer tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency in French language.
• Basic computer literacy for handling calls and recording data.

What we offer

• Base salary €920 gross per month.
• Performance bonus up to €360 gross per month.
• Language allowance €250 gross per month.
• Meal allowance €10.20 net per day.
• Assiduity allowance €110 gross per month.

• Rotating shifts Monday‑Friday between 07:00‑18:00, weekends off.
