About the role

Join a dedicated French‑speaking Nurse Customer Support team that assists patients using Abbott Diabetes Care products. Based in sunny Portugal, you will work remotely to provide guidance, answer questions, and improve the quality of life for people living with diabetes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries via phone and email, offering accurate information on the latest diabetes treatment technologies.
• Build courteous, friendly, and professional relationships with customers.
• Meet and exceed service quality, compliance, and productivity targets.
• Provide feedback to management and follow established procedures.

Required profile

• Graduated nurse with relevant experience.
• Native‑level French (C2) and at least intermediate English (B2).
• Strong communication skills, attentive listening, and excellent written ability.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving aptitude, and high attention to detail.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal; willingness to work remotely with reliable high‑speed internet.
