French‑Speaking Customer Support Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Lisbon office. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language users of a global digital payment platform, helping them manage their online accounts and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multichannel assistance (phone and live chat) to French‑speaking customers.
• Guide users through account setup, transaction history review and troubleshooting of application glitches.
• Monitor interactions for potential fraud and ensure security of digital assets.
• Collaborate with an international team, using English for internal communications and updates.
• Document user feedback to support continuous product improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French.
• Intermediate (B2) English proficiency.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving attitude and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lisbon and adapt to a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.

Required skills

• Comfortable using computer software and multitasking across multiple platforms.
