French‑Speaking Customer Support Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our on‑site team at the Central Lisbon Operational Hub. You will be the primary point of contact for commercial and consumer clients using our international payment platform, helping them complete secure digital transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multichannel assistance (phone, email, live chat) to French‑speaking users for system navigation, account setup and payment processing.
• Investigate and resolve billing anomalies, transfer errors and security issues with precision.
• Follow GDPR and anti‑fraud policies to protect sensitive financial data.
• Act as a liaison between users and internal engineering teams, conveying feedback to improve the platform.
• Manage multiple tasks in a high‑volume environment while maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual proficiency in French (C1/C2) and intermediate English (B2) for internal tools.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude and solid work ethic.
• Comfort with learning new digital platforms and handling several software applications simultaneously.
• Resilience during peak periods and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Current residence in Lisbon or willingness to relocate.

• Base gross salary of €930 per month, paid 14 times per year (including summer and Christmas bonuses).
